Terms and Conditions
Below you will find our terms and conditions, which are applicable to your rental.
Please read them carefully.
Concerning all the apartments, tenants have to pay their own water, gas and electricity consumption.
Tenants have to expect to: ? pay the local tax, variable depending on the apartment classification
? pay the rubbish tax
? send a deposit cheque (not cashed). Its price is variable, depending on the apartment.
The cheque is given back 15 days after the tenant’s departure (subject to the lease’s condition respect).
On your arrival, the apartment is clean, and must be given back clean as well; otherwise, tenants are charged for the housework. (lease’s conditions).
The rental begins at 14h00 and ends before noon on the date defined in the contract.
Document requested:
A copy of your identity card / passport (you can send it with your deposit cheque).
